Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the collanature.co.uk website (the "Service") operated by COLLANATURE LTD ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND BASIS OF SALE

2.1. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.

2.2. Order Process: After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product.

2.3. Contract Formation: All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us (the "Contract") will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

3. PRODUCTS AND PERISHABLE NATURE

3.1. Natural Product: Our Bone Broth Collagen is a 100% natural food product. Minor variations in colour, texture, consistency, and taste may occur between batches due to the natural ingredients used. These are not considered defects.

3.2. Storage Instructions: The Products are supplied frozen or chilled and are perishable. You accept full responsibility for refrigerating or freezing the products immediately upon delivery. We are not liable for spoilage resulting from your failure to store the product correctly after delivery.

3.3. Packaging: The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1. The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.

4.2. VAT: Prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current valid rate.

4.3. Delivery Costs: Product prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Shipping Policy.

4.4. Payment Methods: We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

5. DELIVERY AND RISK

5.1. Estimated Timings: We will aim to fulfil your order by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

5.2. Perishable Goods Delivery: As the goods are perishable, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided.

5.3. Failed Delivery: If you are not home when the delivery arrives, and the courier cannot leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbour, the goods may be returned to the depot. Due to the perishable nature of the goods, this may result in spoilage. We are not liable for the cost of goods spoiled due to failed delivery attempts caused by your unavailability.

5.4. Risk: The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

6. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

6.1. Exemption from Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard statutory right to cancel (cooling-off period) DOES NOT APPLY to the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

6.2. No Returns for Change of Mind: As our Bone Broth is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind once the order has been dispatched.

6.3. Damaged or Faulty Goods: If the Products delivered are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) at contact@collanature.co.uk with photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, provide a full refund or a replacement.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS ("SUBSCRIBE & SAVE")

7.1. If you purchase a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

7.2. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency selected by you until cancelled.

7.3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, you must cancel at least **48 hours** before your next scheduled dispatch date.

8. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

8.1. The content provided on this site is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9.2. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or depletion of goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Contract.

9.3. Our total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Contract shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Products purchased.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1. All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of COLLANATURE LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

11.1. Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by English law.

11.2. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
