MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

This page explains how customers can view, edit, or cancel their active Collanature subscriptions purchased on Collanature.co.uk.

Our subscription system allows you to receive recurring deliveries of your favourite products at the interval you choose (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). You can update or cancel your subscription at any time.

1. HOW TO ACCESS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PORTAL

To manage your subscription, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit Collanature.co.uk.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page (footer).
  3. Click on the “Manage Subscription” button.
  4. Enter the email address used when you placed your subscription order.
  5. You will receive a secure login link via email.
  6. Open the link—this will take you directly to your subscription management portal.

Note: You do not need to create a customer account to manage your subscription; access is handled securely through your email.

2. WHAT YOU CAN MANAGE

Inside the Manage Subscription portal, you can:

  • Update Delivery Frequency: Adjust how often you want your subscription delivered (30 / 60 / 90 days or other available intervals).
  • Change Next Delivery Date: Bring your next order forward or postpone it—whichever fits your routine.
  • Edit Products in Your Subscription: Add, remove, or switch items (where subscription options allow).
  • Update Shipping Address: Change the delivery address at any time, as long as it is within our delivery zone.
  • Update Payment Method: Add a new card or update your existing billing details.
  • Pause Your Subscription: Temporarily stop upcoming deliveries without cancelling the subscription entirely.
  • Cancel Your Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will apply to future, unprocessed renewal orders.
    *Orders that have already been processed cannot be refunded due to the perishable nature of our products.

3. RENEWAL & BILLING

  • Subscription renewals are processed automatically based on your chosen interval.
  • You will receive an email notification each time your subscription renews or upcoming changes are scheduled.
  • If a payment fails, you will be notified via email to update your card details.
